I am SUCH a lazy cook. I can make soap all day long, but when it comes to standing in the kitchen, stirring a pot and washing all the dishes, I just don't like it 🤷
So when I found this super quick, 2 ingredient fudge recipe in my early twenties, it immediately became my favorite sweet treat!

Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe
1 16-oz jar of peanut butter (or any nut butter)
1 16-oz jar of frosting* (try vanilla, butter cream, cream cheese, or chocolate!)
*you can opt for vegan frosting - Duncan Hines has several options

Melt peanut butter and frosting in microwave for just a few seconds so that they're softer and easier to pour. Mix together, smooth flat in a brownie pant, and place in freezer for one hour. Then remove, cut into individual servings, and enjoy! Best served cold from the fridge. Store in fridge for a week or so (you'll definitely eat it all before then!)
