Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately with photos if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can send a replacement or a refund.


To reduce the environmental impact of shipping, we do not accepts returns, however we have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days from your order date to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, you need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on digital products, gift cards, or sales items.


If approved for a refund, we will reimburse your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
