Callee's Chocolate Mousse Recipe (V&GF)

This is THE healthy & high-protein dessert you've got to try!

I love my 2-ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge, but it's so high in sugar and I feel sick if I eat too much. This Chocolate Mousse on the other hand has no added sugar but has tons of vegan protein! It's the perfect sweet treat 🤤


Chocolate Mousse Recipe

1 pack of SILKEN tofu

6 oz (vegan) chocolate

3 tbsp honey or maple syrup

3 ice cubes

1 tsp salt

optional: 1 scoop of protein powder or peanut butter powder


Melt chocolate. In a blender, mix tofu, melted chocolate, honey/maple syrup, ice cubes, salt & protein or peanut butter powder (optional for even more protein). Store in airtight container in fridge for up to 5 days.
