Shipping policy
Most orders ship from our PNW workshop within 3 business days. Sometimes when it's just one of those weeks, it may take us a couple extra days to process your shipment. We do apologize for any inconvenience and hope you understand that we aren't Amazon, we're just regular people doing our best in these wild times.
At this time, we ship only to US (including military) and Canadian addresses.
MISSING MAIL
If your package has been accepted by USPS but has been "in transit" without updates for more than 5 business days, please contact us or USPS to start a missing mail claim. We've found that about 40% of the time, USPS finds & delivers packages from the missing mail investigation. Their investigation may take several weeks. Should your package not be found by USPS, we will send a replacement if available, or a refund.
If your package was marked delivered by USPS but you can't find it, please wait one more day, as we often see them mark a package as delivered several hours or even the day before they drop it off. No idea why! Also make sure you've looked in all possible locations where it may have been delivered, including checking with your neighbors to see if it was just delivered to the wrong address. Unfortunately we cannot offer a replacement or refund on packages marked as delivered, so we strongly encourage you to verify your shipping address during the checkout process, as well as taking precautions to prevent stolen packages.
